What is in each pouch?
Each pouch contains 50mg of caffeine, along with essential vitamins and nutrients designed to support your energy and recovery. Featuring Taurine, Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B5, Zaps is made for late nights, busy days, and everything in between.
Are any purchases final sale?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on our caffeine pouches. All pouch purchases will be clearly marked as final sale before checkout.
T-shirts and stickers, on the other hand, are fully refundable. Whether you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to help with your return.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to process and ship your order. Orders are typically shipped within 5–10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Where Are Your Products Made?
Our caffeine pouches are carefully manufactured in Sweden, while our Zaps T-shirts and stickers are produced and fulfilled by Printify.
How do you use pouches?
- Place one pouch between your upper lip and gum.
- Leave it in place while the caffeine is gradually released.
- Remove and dispose of the pouch after use. Do not swallow the pouch.
- Use responsibly and keep track of your total caffeine intake throughout the day.

A Brand Started by Two College Students
Zaps started with Nate and Jake, two college students in fire college who wanted to build something of their own. Between classes, training, and everything that comes with preparing for a career in the fire service, the idea for Zaps began to take shape. What started as a simple idea grew into a brand built around energy, movement, and getting out there creating something meaningful while chasing a bigger goal.
